London, U.K.--Retailer John Lewis has selected TOA Technologies' on-demand platform to support a new appointment booking service across all its departments. TOA is the only on-demand provider of enterprise-class mobile workforce management and customer experience management software solutions.

The TOA system initially will be deployed in the department stores, but will eventually be extended to support online bookings on the company's website. The new system is scheduled to be in place in all department stores by November 2011.
"Our commitment to customer service means that we are constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve the services we offer our customer," said Adrian Riley, Project Manager,Home Furnishings Measure & Fit, John Lewis.
