Virgin Media Rolls Out TOA Software
CLEVELAND, OHIO -- British cable company Virgin Media has deployed TOA Technologies' mobile workforce management software-as-a-service (SaaS) to over 1,000 field engineers. Virgin Media is seeking to introduce more efficient and accurate field service management and better customer scheduling and service.
Virgin Media made a five-year commitment to TOA, which delivered its platform in the record time of just six months. TOA's customer-centric solution employs an industry leading predictive statistical engine that analyzes and learns from historical performance to accurately forecast a daily schedule for each individual field service engineer.
